Watch the 1st place winner of On-the-spot team feature competition, which took place at the Journalism Association of Community College's state conference held over the weekend at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

Students were told that they could cover any story they found on Hollywood Boulevard between Arglye Street and Orange Avenue. Talon Marks' editors Ashley Aguirre, Rick Gomez, and Megan Winters met Michael Jackson impersonator, Jovan Rameau, in front of the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Rameau is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Harvard University. He holds a BFA in Drama and an MFA in Acting. Piled under $180,000 worth of student loan debt, Rameau has found paying his student loans back working a regular 9 to 5 job nearly impossible. He has made up to $6,000 a month working the famous boulevard that attracts thousands of tourists a day.
