Nestled in the quieter area of the Student Center beyond the lines for Taco Bell and Chicago Harv's, Café Cerritos, run by Culinary Arts students, fights to be the No. 1 food provider at Cerritos College. Talon Marks goes behind the scenes at Café Cerritos and interviews Culinary Arts Dept. Chair, Michael Pierini.
