Students should judge professors on their own

Students should not listen to what other students say about professors because not all students have the same perspectives.

Students should have to make their own judgement on other teachers because other students can say that one teacher is bad just because the teacher didn’t let them do whatever they wanted.

We each have different levels of discipline. Professors give their constructed criticism and it depends how we interpret it.

Some of us can take it as what it is and work to fix what is wrong, but for others not so much.

Not all students think the same or have the same meaning for some words. One student can think one teacher is strict, but other students can think he/she is a “bad or mean” teacher.

Students usually misjudge professors because they think a cool teacher is the one who let them do whatever they want and doesn’t assign homework.

A teacher who gives homework, wants it on time and doesn’t allow make-up tests is considered a mean teacher too many.

Our own peers don’t understand that teachers give homework because they want students to understand the lesson and want to see them be well prepared for exams.

Usually students who do not care about their education and failing their classes are the ones saying bad remarks about the professors.

Students have to learn the difference between a mean teacher and a strict teacher because both are very different.

A mean teacher is one who gives you lectures about their personal life and they expect students to do well on a test that they didn’t teach a lesson about it.

A strict teacher is the one who gives you assignments, homework and give students a deadline to do it, a teacher who cares about students to understand the lectures.

Even though teachers don’t necessarily befriend their students; teachers still care for them.

Students should be allowed to have their own criticism about professors and not let other students think for them.

We should do our best in every class and not base our decisions on what someone else told us about a certain professor.

Students and professors are a team that have to work together toward success, but if one person in the team doesn’t cooperate then team will fall apart.
