Battery Records released a demo CD “Say Bow” from its newest artist “V.I.C.” featuring J-Money.
The CD features three songs, “Say Bow (explict),” “Say Bow (clean)” and “Say Bow (instrumental).”
The lyrics in this album are absolutley horrible, same with the theme for the songs. They were annoying and repetitive.
We got it in the first four verses, Mr. V.I.C., when you go somewhere people want to bow to you. I got that when I read the song title.
But the songs did have a good beat. I felt it was something I can really tap my foot and snap my finger to.
It’s lucky this was only a demo CD, so Mr. V.I.C. can work on his lyrics, and song ideas.
Sadly, I have to give this CD a 2 of 5 stars, in hopes V.I.C. can learn from his mistakes and try again for a better album.
