To celebrate the 2022 International Recycle Awareness Week, the Cerritos College Environmental Club will co-host an e-waste collection event with Teens Against E-waste (teensagainstewaste.org), a student-run nonprofit organization, on Saturday, September 24. All college and community members and families can drop off their electronic waste for free, including computers, televisions, printers, microwaves, DVD players, etc. Used batteries are also accepted, but because they are hazardous, please package them separately in another bag.
