Top Chef returned for their 15th season on Dec. 7 on Bravo.

The Judges are:

• Tom Chef, who has appeared in every season and serves as the head judge who makes the final decision.
• Gail Simmons, who has been a judge since the very beginning, is a successful Canadian food writer.
• Richard Blas, who joined the show in the 12th season is known for his take on classic American cuisine.
• Graham Elliot, who joined the show in the 14th season, has been nominated for a James Beard Award three times in a row.

There are 15 new contestants.

The chefs that returned had to create a dish that represented their current ventures as a chef.

Each contestant is only given 10-15 minutes to cook their food and they have different options on what they can cook.

Also, the contestants has to agree on five ingredients that they would incorporate in their dishes and they end up choosing cauliflower, lamb, serrano peppers, fennels and olives.

Only three contestants would be able to move on to compete against the first eliminated chef from the main cast.

All the judges test out the contestant’s food and voices their opinion by giving feedback and constructive criticism.

The winner was Tu David and many of them were happy and shocked at the same time.

Once their time is up, all the contestants tried everyone’s food and determine which one taste the best.

The contestants had to make a dish that had basic concepts of meat and potatoes and the chefs could not stop talking about how David won and how delicious his food was.

Toward the end of the episode, Melissa was eliminated from the competition, which was disappointing to the contestants and Marcel turned out to be the winner.

The chefs are shown that they want to win and that they show their competitive side to fight for being the top chef.

This show is a must see for anyone who loves to watch people cook and prep different types of food and serious competition that can lead to a shocking result on the season finale.

Viewers should expect to see many food challenges, shocking and surprising results,the final winner for Top Chef and intense competition against the contestants as well.
