Knott’s Berry Farm tickets will now be available to Cerritos College students and staff members, in addition to movie tickets, at a special discounted price.

The tickets are now on sale at the student activities office for $28 for adults and $20 for children. Whereas the actual ticket prices range from $52.99 to $41.99 if purchased directly from Knott’s.            

Staff and students alike would be able to purchase the tickets, but students will need a current sticker on their student I.D.

This idea has been materialized due to the efforts of Secretary of Judicial Affairs Nikki Jones and Director of Student Activities Holly Bogdanovich.

They wanted the students to be able to enjoy the rides at Knott’s by using their student discount.

“We just thought that it was going to be a good idea for this facility to be available to students,” Jones said.

There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased and the students can also buy tickets for their family and friends.

“It is really nice that they are selling the tickets for such a low price, specially in times of budget crises. I wish they started selling these tickets when I was a student at Cerritos,” Karan Dhungana, a former Cerritos College student, said.

Like previous semesters, movie tickets are still available at the Student Activities Office at the price of $6 each. At a time two tickets can be bought and there is a limit of six tickets per semester.
