Rose Parade !

The City of Cerritos was granted the President’s award for their breath taking float, “City Of Dreams” in the 2010 Tournament of Roses Parade.

The City of Cerritos was given the President’s award for “Most Effective Floral Use & Presentation.”

Award winning float designer, Raul Rodriguez decided to go with a Venetian theme, the float itself had a gondola with a gondolier serenading a couple on a romantic ride escorted by a jester behind them.

The award brought a great deal of exposure to the City of Cerritos and the Performing Arts Center in Cerritos.
