Cerritos College’s Automotive Technology Department hosted the 11th Annual Los Angeles County High School Auto Tech Competition on Saturday, Jan. 30.
In this semi-final round, one winning team was chosen to attend the National competition to be held at the New York International Automobile Show in April.
‘We were excited and happy enough winning the team award, but to win overall is a great accomplishment,’ said Southeast ROP instructor Abel Ponce who accompanied his students Alejandro Torres and Juan Prado.
