Huge payouts to CEOs can be avoided

The United States should impose new laws where the pay of CEOs of companies should be curved so they don’t get huge payouts.

Most CEOs pay doesn’t have a control to it.

This comes after citizens in Switzerland voted to impose strict controls on executive pay, which has other countries in Europe wanting to follow what they are doing.

This move has a lot of people backing it in Europe.

This is something that should be imposed in the United States as well to help control the economy better.

It would give a cap on how much current and former CEOs of companies get paid from their own companies.

Many CEOs in the United States already make a lot of money as it is.

What if there was a way to limit their earnings or how much of a payout they get each year?

Who knows, with the bad economy in the United States this may actually be helpful to the economy.

Haven’t you ever wondered if there was a way to control pay of big companies?

This would be a way to put a control on things.

President Barack Obama has slowly tired impose a similar control to companies and the rich.

President Obama’s plan has been to tax the rich a higher percent than the middle class.

Of course, CEOs won’t agree with this cap simply due to in part that they work hard to get to the top of the company, but there should be a limit to how much pay out they get on their salary.

While CEOs may not agree, many middle and lower class workers may agree due to in part that they don’t make as much money as the higher classes.

There being a cap on pay isn’t necessarily a bad thing toward CEOs, after all they would still be making loads of money depending on the company they own.

It is not something that may happen in the United States but it definitely is something to think about.
