The LA County Fair, running May 3–27, returns for a month of student agriculture exhibits, cultural performances and community events, along with several ticket specials throughout the month.
The fair again highlights student agriculture programs, with 4‑H and FFA members from across Southern California preparing livestock for competition and public demonstrations.
Organizers say the barns remain one of the most consistently attended areas, especially for families with young children.
This year’s fair also features new exhibits, expanded cultural programming and the return of long‑time vendors who have become fixtures for local visitors.
Local food vendors return with staples such as barbecue, aguas frescas and the fair’s signature deep‑fried offerings.
New this year are rotating pop‑ups featuring small businesses from LA County communities including Pomona, La Puente and Downey.
Entertainment includes nightly concerts, community dance groups and cultural showcases reflecting the region’s Latino, Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
The fair also offers several specials throughout the month, including resident discount days for certain cities, food drive discounts and holiday packages.
General admission tickets start at $18 on weekdays and $20 on weekends, with discounted rates for children and seniors.
For all LA county residents, an $8 admission is available for Saturday, May 9.
A Mother’s Day special package is available for $39.99 on Sunday, May 10.
Other promotions include weekday value pricing, season passes, and select discount days tied to school programs and community partners. Parking and ride wristbands are sold separately.
Tickets, parking information and daily schedules are available at lacountyfair.com.
