You are not alone in a crisis. Mental Health Services provides crisis walk-in appointments daily, Monday through Friday at 11am and 1pm. Contact Mental Health Services to discuss circumstances that may need same day attention: -extreme anxiety or panic -extreme sadness -death of a friend or loved one -thoughts of self-harm or harming someone else -experiencing a traumatic event -having odd or intrusive thoughts Call us at 562-653-7821 or walk in to Student Health Services.
