ASCC will hold its annual Awards Banquet Ceremony at 6 p.m. in the Student Center on Dec. 10.
Clubs and students will be recognized for the outstanding leadership and volunteer services during the fall semester.
There will be multiple awards, scholarships and grants awarded.
Approximately 200-300 awards will be given out by the Student Activities Committee. These awards include the ASCC scholarship and Frantone’s scholarship along with curricular awards.
Holly Bogdanovich Director of Student Activities said “This year we’ve seen more clubs participate than ever before.”
Areal Hughes deaf interpreter major is on the ASCC awards committee and said, “Everyone who is deserving of an award will have a good outcome. Next year we will have a lot of new things going on like festivals and better hoe down days, got to wait and see!”
