This workshop will provide students with additional tools and tips centered around coming out in their journeys. It is also intended for allied students looking to educate themselves on affirmative practices when attempting to provide support to an LGBTQ self-disclosing peer or counterpart. Understanding the impact of allies, safety/ boundaries, and LGBTQ-affirming policies can greatly serve students as they explore their identities in multiple spaces.
