Being on the front seven takes discipline and concentration. “Its like trying to concentrate while someone is punching you in the face,” said defensive coach Pat Kalahan.

Although the front seven is a group of fairly large guys they are quick to their feet.

“This is one of the fastest teams we’ve had, said Ariel Cowen.

The front seven had two players who were suffering from injuries, but are now back.
