An assault in the C-10 parking lot was reported to the Campus Police Department on Tuesday.

The victim reported the following:

At 7:50 p.m. the victim was walking southbound in Lot C-10 when she was approached by a male who called out “hey” and made other noises to get her attention.

She ignored the suspect and continued walking when she was grabbed from behind around her upper body.

She did not see who grabbed her, but believes it to be the same male who approached her moments earlier.

The victim was able to break free and flee. She did not see the suspect or where he fled to.
   
The suspect who approached her has been described as a male Hispanic in his late 20’s, about 5’9″ and 185 pounds with dark colored hair and a thick black moustache.

He was wearing a black beanie hat, black hooded sweatshirt, dark sweatpants and white shoes.
