With a two out of five record , the women’s water polo team is suffering a loss from lack of experience.

Not only are they lacking the experience most teams have, but this years team also suffers from injuries.

To make matter worse two of the player injured are two of the three with past experience.

At their next meet these Falcons will be tested to see what they got when they compete against one of the top teams in the league, Cuesta.

“Cuesta is a good time to see what we can do” Louisa Wilson said.

Coach Hal Smionek says, “These women are going to give it everything they got.”

Although the team may be lacking in experience, practice is vital to every teams success, but because of schedules the team has a problem coming together to have one practice with the whole team.

With a rough start opening up the season these Falcons still have hope for the rest of the season.

“We’re starting out rocky, but we’ll progress as the season goes on” Elizabeth Garibay said.
