Last season, the Red Raiders posted a 42-20 record and advanced to the College World Series. When the two join Texas Tech after this season, they will join former Falcon teammate T.J. Bruce, who signed with them prior to last season.

Shull, who started 43 of the team’s 45 games last season, batted .294 with a team-high 12 doubles and added 33 RBI and a team-high 25 walks. This season Shull will me moved to shortstop and will also be one of the team’s starting pitchers.

Cal Poly SLO, which went 30-29-1 last season, will graduate two shortstops and five pitchers after this season. Shull is expected to play both positions for the Mustangs. The University of Hawaii had their recruiting class ranked in the Top 50 in the country and will welcome the versatile Castillo after this season.

Last year, the Warriors went 16-40 last season and will have former Falcon pitcher Ivan Rodriguez on their roster this year.
