Monday February 17
No Significant Incidents Were Reported
Tuesday, February 18
At 10:30 a.m. an officer responded to the Campus Police station lobby regarding a past-occurred vehicle burglary. The victim said that sometime between February 13, and 14, someone broke into her locked vehicle and stole several items. She thinks the crime occurred on campus but is not sure.
At 7:10 p.m. an officer responded to a sexual battery call that occurred at the Social Science building. The victim said a male grabbed her buttocks as she was walking up the stairs. The suspect then fled on foot.
Wednesday February 19
At 7:30 a.m. an officer responded to the Campus Police station lobby regarding a past-occurred theft. The victim said he left his cellular telephone unattended in an electric cart overnight. When he arrived back on campus the following morning, he discovered someone had stolen his phone.
Thursday February 20
At 5:20 p.m. an officer responded to the Practice Field regarding a theft report. A student said he left his gym bag unattended on the field for about a hour and a half. When he returned to retrieve the bag, he discovered it had been stolen.
Friday February 21
At 1:15 a.m. officers responded to a call of two suspicious males in the Health Science building. When the officers arrived, they caught two males breaking into the vending machines. After a brief foot pursuit, both suspects were arrested and booked for burglary vandalism, possession of burglary tools and resisting arrest.
