Barner, a late addition to a growing Falcon class

Sophomore running back Daveon Barner is the latest Falcon from last season’s team who went 9-3.

The 5-9 180-pound back ran for almost 1100 yards last season and 10 touchdowns on the ground.

He also caught seven passes for 118 yards. He has signed with Western New Mexico University.

Barner’s list of accolades also include the National Division North Conference’s Offensive Player of the Year and 1st Team All-State.
