Sophomore wide receiver Gerrly Bennett signed a National Letter of Intent to play for West Liberty University (WV).
Last season, he had 136 receiving yards on 11 receptions and two touchdowns.
Prior to attending Cerritos, he was an all-around player at Santa Monica College.
He had 41 catches for 542 catches and three touchdowns. He ran for 131 yards on 26 carries and threw the ball for 112 yards and two touchdowns.
On the defensive side of the ball, he had eight total tackles and an interception.
Bennett also punted the ball 60 times for 1749 yards.
He will join a West Liberty offense that threw the ball for more than 4000 yards last season and 39 touchdowns through the air.
