Today is March 14th, 2012. Welcome to the 9th edition of Talon Mark’s ‘Campus News Hour’ for the Spring semester. Bringing you news and information campus wide.

Personality traits were being categorized by different colors in this new method of pairing ones personality and ability with the right career choice. Assistant News Editor Cassandra Meuret speaks to a prism of perspective career hunters as they find which hue will serve them best.

Cerritos College students were given information regarding jobs that correspond with their majors at the Career Exploration Resources Workshop. Staff writer John Gonzalez reporting.

This weeks ‘Campus News Hour’ news brief trains it’s eye on the newly formed ICC scholarship committee. The new committee will look into student involvement and leadership for the sake of properly awarding scholarships. News Editor Enrique Rivera reporting.

The Cerritos College softball team emerges from ECC Compton center with a victory despite a lengthy absence from their relief pitcher. Assistant sports editor Martin Calderon reporting.

This weeks Talon Mark’s ‘Campus News Hour’ takes on the issue of armchair activism and the uselessness of simply clicking ‘Like, ’ rather than actual activism. Assistant Online Editor Sarah Niemann speaks for the entire Talon Mark’s staff on this issue.

Taking restroom graffiti issue to a point, Talon Mark’s ‘Campus News Hour’ asks fellow Falcons what they think about scribblings, doodling’s, and obscure messages left in our restroom stalls. Staff writer Tania Olivas reporting

The First Amendment is alive and well and in full practice at Talon Mark’s Campus News Hour’s opinion section. Sports Editor Lauren Gandara fills in for staff writer Matthew Caldwell as he explains why he feels athletes should receive preferential treatment.

A double-loss for the Cerritos College Women’s softball team in a double-header vs the undefeated College of the Canyons with their proven pitching and scoring abilities. Assistant Sports Editor Martin Calderon reporting.
